I think I am better prepared for my next period, because I've been stocking up on recipes for low-points sweet things. Last week I made some chocolate muffins that were low-point (only 2.5 points per) and I am in the brainstorm process of devising a recipe for lower-points tollhouse cookies. So I think next time will be easier than this time; I'll be able to eat some things that are not necessarily good for me, but not as bad as they could be. That will help me stay on track.
I've been eating very well this week.
